During the initial presentation to the Sales Committee, they highlighted their experience in maximizing the potential of land parcels in their previous en bloc projects. The Journey for Culford Garden’s collective sale effort goes back to 2005 when the idea was first mooted by a few of the owners to attempt to stage this effort. Little did we realize that the collective sale exercise would take almost 5 years, after two attempts, to become a reality and was finally successfully consummated on 11 Oct 2010.
Notwithstanding that Culford Garden is a small development of just 24 owners (unlike Farrer Court), in the experience of the CSC, it has been an arduous journey with its own unique challenges.
