Karamjit co-founded Credo Real Estate in 2002 after years of real estate consultancy and marketing experience from work at Henry Butcher Appraisal Group, Colliers Jardine and Jones Lang LaSalle.
He holds a first-class honours degree in finance from the National University of Ireland, an Advance Diploma in Real Estate & Property Management and a Diploma in Business Administration.

Hong Boon joined Credo Real Estate as Executive Director in 2004, bringing years of real estate experience spanning valuation, research, consultancy, investment sales and advisory from work at the Chief Valuer’s office, and senior roles at the then Debenham International and Knight Frank.
He graduated with an honours degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA in Financial Studies from the University of Nottingham, U.K. He is a licensed valuer and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Choon Fah joined Credo Real Estate as Executive Director in 2004, with years of real estate experience in sales and leasing, project advisory, valuation and consultancy. She started her career in the then Jones Lang Wotton and moved on to Colliers Jardine, SembCorp Construction in Wuhan, China then back to Colliers and later DTZ.
She holds an Estate Management degree from the National University of Singapore and a Certified Diploma in Accounts and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is a licensed valuer and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Ong Teck Hui,
Executive Director
Head, Research & Consultancy
Teck Hui is the Executive Director and Head of Research and Consultancy at Credo Real Estate. He was also previously head of research and consultancy at then Colliers Jardine and Knight Frank. He has also held senior appointments in Mapletree Investments and Ascendas.
Besides research and consulting, Teck Hui’s experience also includes valuation, property management, auction, corporate real estate, strategic planning, portfolio asset management, risk management and part-time lecturing at the National University of Singapore. Teck Hui has also undertaken assignments in numerous Asia-Pacific cities in the course of his work. He holds a B.Sc. Estate Management degree from the University of Singapore.

Joan Chan
Executive Director
Head, Valuation Services
Joan heads the Valuation Services at Credo Real Estate which was set up in June 2010, bringing with her many years of valuation experience having worked in TLB Management Services (a subsidiary of former Tat Lee Bank), DBS Property Services, Benchmark Real Estate and CKS Property Consultants.
She has carried out valuation for all types of properties from residential to offices, shopping malls, industrial facilities, hotels and development sites for purposes such as financing, accounting, sale and purchase, public listing, insurance, taxation and corporate recovery. She has also acted in the capacity of an expert witness in mediation and litigation cases.
She holds a degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and is a licensed valuer.

Manjit Gill
Executive Director
Head, Residential Services
Manjit is the Executive Director and Head of Residential Services. He has extensive experience in business operations, business development and corporate management from various industry sectors, including real estate development, holding senior management positions.
Manjit’s diverse experiences will inject fresh perspectives and approaches into Credo Real Estate, thus contributing to the enhancement of an industry that is undergoing enormous improvements and transparency.
He holds an MBA from State University of New York, University at Buffalo.

Thow Ming is the Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets. He has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry in different capacities and has worked in both developer and consultancy firms. He held key management positions in CB Richard Ellis and Far East Organization, building and managing sales teams, and led efforts in marketing premier developments.
Besides being instrumental behind many successful project launches, he was involved with the transaction of various block sales and development lands to funds, high net-worth investors and developers.
He holds an MBA in Real Estate and an BSc (Mathematics), both from the National University of Singapore and a marketing diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom.

Irinn was appointed Associate Director of Credo Real Estate’s Auction department in 2008 bringing years of experience in auction, consultancy and marketing with her.
She started her career with Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Estate Department, managing the staff residences of the institution. She later joined the then Jones Lang Wotton's retail department and subsequently moved on to auction department. Prior to joining Credo Real Estate, she was with DTZ's auction team handling various types of properties for private owners, banks and institutions.

Nathalie joined Credo Real Estate as a Director of Valuation in June 2010. She has 14 years of valuation experience from her work at Colliers Jardine, Jones Lang LaSalle, Benchmark Real Estate and CKS Property Consultants.
Some of the types of valuations that she has undertaken during her career include industrial and commercial properties, hotels, nursing homes, properties slated for compulsory acquisition, airport land and valuations for land alienation.
She holds an honours degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. She is a licensed valuer and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Yew Min joined Credo Real Estate in 2006 and is the Director of Investment Sales. She was a Senior Valuer with the Property Tax and Valuation Services Division of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) prior to joining Credo Real Estate. She possesses vast experience in property valuation and subsequently moved on to investment sales and advisory. Yew Min has been actively involved in and has since successfully completed numerous investment deals such as Oakswood Heights, the joint-collective sale comprising 5 projects at Mergui Road, The Hillpark, Robin Court, etc.
She holds an Estate Management degree from National University of Singapore and has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Liam Hiap joined Credo Real Estate in 2011 as Director of Investment Sales. With 19 years of experience in the industry, he started his real estate career with the valuation department in Knight Frank, before moving on to hold senior positions in the investments sales department in Knight Frank and Colliers International, where he successfully concluded numerous en bloc / collective sales as well as commercial and land deals.
He holds an honours degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. He is a licensed valuer and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Pamela first joined Credo Real Estate in 2004 and is presently an Associate Director in the Investment Sales department. Having spent 7 years in the Investment Sales business, Pamela has been personally involved in numerous successful collective sale deals, sales of redevelopment sites and divestment of assets by institutional vendors. Some of her successful collective sale projects include Eastern Mansion, Oasis Garden, 20-44 Watten Rise, Goodrich Park, Whitley Heights, etc.
She graduated with an honours degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
