Established in 2002, Credo Real Estate has been set up with an objective of focusing on real estate investment sales transactions, which include redevelopment sites, collective sales / en –bloc sales, investment grade buildings and large floor space comprising retail, office, residential and industrial premises and good class bungalows.
 
It is our ‘credo’ or doctrine to be successful in this highly specialized segment of the property consultancy business by providing our clients with distinctively responsive, value-adding and innovative commercial solutions to real estate investment challenges.
 
Underpinning this is our commitment to high personal integrity and the savvy to provide flexible and tailored services to suit our clients’ objectives. Our strength lies in the ability to critically analyse the various potentials of an asset, before recommending a tailored course of action to seek out the best value and solution for our clients.
 
Credo Real Estate is currently led by a dynamic team of eight directors with a wealth of real estate industry experience spanning across marketing investment properties, collective/en-bloc sales, consultancy, research, auction and valuation. We have spent many years in the Investment Sales business before leaving our positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, Colliers International, DTZ and others.
 
Through the many headline-worthy transactions involving investment grade properties, we are in good stead to advise our clients, both potential sellers and buyers, on good commercial practices as well as salient terms and conditions of a sale and purchase to avoid potential pit-falls.
 
With the same credo, we have since expanded our services to include auction and agency, residential project marketing (local and international), valuation, research and consultancy.
